Orders shipped within the United States, you will
receive an email confirming shipment with a tracking number, Priority
International shipments can also be tracked online, Economy International
shipments do not have this tracking feature. Copy the tracking number from your
email, click on the appropriate button below to track your order.
How to Calculate Shipping Cost: If you enter
your items into
the shopping cart and then click proceed to checkout, on the top
right of the page you will see the area to enter your zip code or click
on the text shipping outside U.S. to change to the International
shopping cart. Click on the update button and this will show you your cost to ship your order via
standard shipping, if you want to ship your order Priority or Next Day
Air Service, these options are available after you
enter your payment information.
Domestic orders: We ship primarily USPS,
they are quick and orders are sent with delivery confirmation. When orders ship
Priority mail it generally takes 2-3 days within the United States. Shipments to
Hawaii and Alaska are 4-5 days usually.
International orders:
The shopping cart is set up to process international orders, occasionally extra
charges will be required due to special shipping requirements, shipment size or
shipment weight and/or the destination of delivery. Shipments with weights
exceeding 4 lbs to certain regions can be extremely expensive and sometimes too
costly to legitimize and therefore may be canceled and refunded.
Please note shipping costs do not include any customs duty, tax or tariffs you
may incur in your country. We cannot guarantee delivery of International Economy
shipments, these shipments cannot be tracked Internationally only International
Priority shipments can be tracked.

To place an order by telephone: If you prefer not to
use the secure shopping cart you can phone in your Credit Card order, please
have a list of item names, description, quantity, and prices.

The shopping cart system is provided by Paypal and is a very secure way of
purchasing online.
You
do not have to become a Paypal member to use this service. If you are a
PayPal member already then you are aware of the benefits it brings you.
You may
purchase using your PayPal account, Credit/ Debit card or
Checking account.
To use the shopping cart simply click on the add to
cart button below the item you want, if there are options of color or
size to choose from, make these choices before you click add to cart,
your *secure shopping cart will open in separate window. Your pop-up
blocker must be turned off for this to open. In the cart you can view your list of item(s) and descriptions and change the
quantities if needed. If you change quantities you must click update cart
to reflect your changes.
Continue shopping or check-out are your
options here, to continue shopping minimizing the cart is easiest (upper
right corner of the check-out page) when you add more items to the cart it opens
automatically and adds the item.
When ready click on check-out and this starts your Paypal check-out process,
here you can add your billing information and your shipping preferences.
On the
check-out page you have the choice to use a PayPal account or credit or debit
card, also if you are a PayPal member you have other choices of payment
available for you.

Return Policy:
We have a No Risk return policy; all returns within thirty days of purchase can
be exchanged or refunded. If you should need to return an item; you should call
us to confirm and receive a return authorization # when necessary. All returns
should include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip when possible. All returned
merchandise must be sent in its original packaging, unused and in
resalable condition. All items returned as defective or sized
incorrectly are exchanged for same item at no charge. All electronic devices
returned as new are subject to computerized testing prior to refund to
