Orders shipped within the United States, you will receive an email confirming shipment with a tracking number, International shipments do not have this tracking feature. Copy the tracking number from your email, click the track your order button below, and paste your tracking number into the track order box to see your shipment information.

Domestic orders:  We ship primarily USPS, they are quick and orders are sent with delivery confirmation. When orders ship Priority mail it generally takes 2-3 days within the United States. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are 4-5 days usually.

International orders: The shopping cart is set up to process international orders, occasionally extra charges will be required due to special shipping requirements, shipment size or shipment weight and/or the destination of delivery. Shipments with weights exceeding 4 lbs to certain regions can be extremely expensive and sometimes too costly to legitimize and therefore may be canceled and refunded.
Please note shipping costs do not include any customs duty, tax or tariffs you may incur in your country.

To place an order by telephone: If you prefer not to use the secure shopping cart you can phone in your Credit Card order, please have a list of item names, description, quantity, and prices. Call Toll Free 877-309-8383 or Local 617-840-3545.

To place an order online:  The shopping cart system is provided by Paypal and is a very secure way of purchasing online. You do not have to become a Paypal member to use this service and there is no cost to the purchaser. You may purchase using a credit card, checking account and other alternative methods.

To use the shopping cart simply click on the add to cart button below the item you want, if there are options of color or size to choose from, make these choices before you click add to cart, this will bring you to your *secure shopping cart page (dial-up can take 20-30 seconds) where you can view your list of item(s) and descriptions and change the quantities if needed. If you change quantities you must click update cart to reflect your changes. Continue shopping or check-out are your options here, continue shopping brings you back to the page of the last item viewed and check-out starts your Paypal check-out process. On the check-out page you are prompted to enter your Paypal information if you are a member, if you are not a member you click on the continue text button on left lower section of the page.
